I would like to make special mention of David Anderson's efforts for the 2001/02 season.

It was no surprise when I learnt that he was elected to the role of President of the Sale-Maffra Cricket Association. Whilst in this role, he dedicated the same level of commitment and care to the association that he has furnished upon the College Club over a number of years.

I think it fitting that a man who has sacrificed and dedicated so much for country cricket over many years of his life should rise to the level of the Association Presidency. It really is a tribute to David's commitment to the Association and to Country Cricket.

Congratulations David on a job well done - Mark Dierickx
